Guy: What do you do in Austin?
Me: I’m a web designer & a photographer
Guy: which one?
Me: both really
Guy: um… Ok. What are your hobbies?
Me: Well those but I do a lot of improv now
Guy: So you are a comedian?
Me: well… I like it as a artform, not specifically for comedy
Guy:…? Ok, so you are an actor
Me: In a way, I guess
Later on the flight. He spots me drawing in a book.
Guy: So you are a cartoonist as well?
Me: Um…My major was art so I draw a lot
Guy: Wait what? It sounds like you need to pick something and figure out who you are
Me: … (long pause) no thanks, I’m fine.
Guy: (rolls his eyes)
I put on my headphones and we didn’t speak another word. What a jackass.
